Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Redacre contacted me( mr pete allen) he arranged for me to come and look at his last job which was a wet room it was wonderful and i had never even thought of having one!! We agreed on a price.
