The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Have you ever been in a position to say "I just got lucky" Well I hadn't until I met Steve, I needed a Bathroom and Kitchen ripped out and replaced with new, my brief was simple, it needed to have a Wow factor, I choose from pictures on Steve's phone a Kitchen and Bathroom he'd already finished, then left everything for him to sort out? In short, I did get lucky that day, he delivered a fabulous Kitchen and Bathroom plus other work needed, all to a high standard of workmanship and speed. Excellent Steve.

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

James was fantastic to deal with. Communication was always clear, and he did as he said he would. Our job expanded as he got to the source of the issues; he was transparent in explaining this and the added costs to fix the problem.
