The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hi, my name is Sheridan – new to Ratedpeople and would like to get more reviews. Friendly approach with clients to fulfil all their work. Involved in all aspects of building. We provide a quick turnaround on quotes at competitive rates. We always keep a clean and tidy site. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Started in building Sept 2016. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.
Sheridan was hired in Apr - initial communication and detailed quotes gave confidence however, once he started the job it became clear that his work was average at best and more honestly that of a weekend DIY’er. The job ran well over and he has yet to actually finish it (about to start claim against him for costs to finish job). His quotes where he contracts out to the trade aren’t accurate and he doesn’t check the cost with them so some very expensive surprises. Avoid at all cost.

I am an experienced kitchen fitter who has previously worked for Ikea and Wren Kitchens as their kitchen fitter. I have fitted over 200 kitchens for these companies (and counting) and I can supply pictures and reviews for all of them. I have also fitted dozens of B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, and Homebase kitchens, as well as kitchens from other suppliers. I have over 15 years of experience in carpentry. I am very meticulous in my workmanship and I use the latest tools. Customers spend thousands of pounds on their kitchen, so the least they deserve is a kitchen fitter who will treat it with the utmost care and respect, which is what I do. I also cover other aspects of domestic carpentry work such as doors, skirting, cupboards, wardrobes etc. I also have a team of tradesmen who work closely with me such as a Plasterers/Tilers, fully qualified Electricians and Gas Safe Engineers, and Bathroom Fitters.
He did the job of high quality and standard at a reasonable price. He was very focused on the quality of work so that it could be durable and long lasting and he didn't try to rush and make short cuts. Highly recommended if someone wants top quality job.

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call
