Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
