We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. He kept up up to date as he worked and provided us with information to bear in mind for the future. Martin was very smart and actually turned up earlier than arranged which is always a plus. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Adam and Dan have did a great job, we are really happy. Adam was flexible to our design changes once the project was underway. We had the bottom of our garden cleared, new featherboard and slatted fencing, shed base and new patio. They also moved some existing plants and reused some existing materials where we wanted to. Dan did a great job with the fences and worked really hard throughout the job! The garden was left clear and they repaired an existing slab that became loose during the work!

Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right.
