He had a company calculate the cost of the project so there has been no ambiguity about costs from the outset. Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. came to quote, sent a quote through, arranged a day to start the work and never turned up. We rearranged the date, he turned up, had a cup of tea, left to get materials and never came back. Now not answering my calls.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
