Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The guy was honest, told what he could and couldn't do. Installed the bedroom door fine, is still working fine till date, it has been 3 years. He said he could only temporarily fix the bathroom folding door. And it still holds after 3 years. Very happy with his work.

Job was professionally done, and they were helpful in explaining the new electronic ignition. KP Gas were flexible in the time they could attend, and thoroughly checked both the gas fire, and that my boiler was still working once they had finished. I will definitely be using them again.
