I had asked for a tradesman to replace my boiler. Paul called me and came round the same day. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained about the different makes of boiler and which type he thought best for me. His quote was excellent. Paul and his brother carried out the work and they left everything very clean and tidy. I called Paul a week or so later to ask for some advice on boxing the boiler in and he was only too happy to help. I would be happy to recommend this company.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Anthony Terry was professional and polite as soon as he stepped foot in my door, I was surprised with how efficient he got the job done, explaining everything to me throughout the process so I wasn’t left in the dark. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

Ian was the only gas engineer to respond to my post & he did so very promptly. He carried out the work swiftly & efficiently. The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Many gas engineers shy away from fixing gas fires, so finding Ian was a relief. He is diligent & reliable & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property.
