I recently had Akoni Construction come out to decommission a water tank in our loft and replace our hot water cylinder, converting our heating to an unvented system. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!

This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.

GLS review From the initial enquiry for works , the response from GLS was quick promptly followed by a site visit to assess the work. The scope of work was broken down clearly against the costs and this was detailed. We had a kitchen fitted from flat pack including work tops and a lot of electric appliances and gas hob. And, a downstairs shower room which has been partially started – sink , shower and toilet installed plus finishings. The work carried out was of a good standard , the fitter arrived on time
