John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Lucian and his team have been amazing from start to finish. They levelled our floors, moved walls, relocated the stairs and doors to the basement, and completed a full bathroom renovation. The bathroom looks incredible and the standard of work throughout is excellent. All walls were plastered, skimmed and lime washed beautifully. Professional, reliable and highly recommended.

Provided a fair quote for the job, and didn't overprice it. The team arrived on time to cut down a palm tree and remove the stump. Cleared up after themselves and took the tree away, just leaving me with the earth to dispose of. I was really impressed by the customer service as Casey returned at a later date as I wanted more of the stump removed. I would highly recommend. Customer satisfaction is very important & both Casey (on the front line) and Georgia (in the office) delivered in this regard.
