When a homeowner works with my team, the process will look like this: - I offer a free visit to meet the client and discuss the job further, - Then I sent a quote and clearly explain what should be agreed before the job begins. I am always open to discuss end explain my quotes, - As soon as the job is confirmed, the client and my team agree on the start date, - We make sure the surroundings are protected before the job starts - We order the materials - We complete the job - When the job is finished, I always leave the floor protection for one day to make sure the client's expectations are met (or exceeded!) and once my client is happy I remove the floor protection and clean around. We are creative, we care and we exceed our clients' expectations. The protection of the surroundings is included within the initial quote, our highly skilled team of trade specialists focuses on high quality results and the materials supply and advising happen at no extra fee. Lukasz and team did a great job with our kitchen refurb project. They stripped out our old kitchen completely, re did plumbing/electricity and installed new units & tiles etc. They were polite, hardworking and easy to work with. Would recommend!

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
