We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. He had a company calculate the cost of the project so there has been no ambiguity about costs from the outset. Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.
