I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship.
