Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. GLS review From the initial enquiry for works , the response from GLS was quick promptly followed by a site visit to assess the work. The scope of work was broken down clearly against the costs and this was detailed. We had a kitchen fitted from flat pack including work tops and a lot of electric appliances and gas hob. And, a downstairs shower room which has been partially started – sink , shower and toilet installed plus finishings. The work carried out was of a good standard , the fitter arrived on time

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
