James and his team were brilliant from start to finish. James provided helpful advice within hours of me posting the job advert, he later showed up when promised and talked me through what work was required in an open and transparent way. Our new floor is amazing, I'm a critical person and find it very difficult to find fault with it. Overall we are very happy with the work carried out and woulan't hesitate to recommend CPD to anybody else and would gladly use again.

Ed did a fantastic job installing an engineered wood herringbone floor in our bedroom. He had good, frequent communication before and during the job, was very clean and tidy throughout and the final finish was excellent, we were blown away by the quality of his workmanship. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
