I was really happy with the work which was carried out by Bradley and his company. They were really nice guys and they arrived when they said that they would, also got me the exact light I wanted for the outside of my home. I am a qualified plumber and Gas Safe Engineer . I have done upto NVQ level 3 in plumbing and have work experience for about 11/12years. I have also done an electrician course. In the mean time I am undertaking any bathroom related contract jobs, plumbing (boiler repair, installation), electric work, carpeting and tiling.
I would highly recommend P&R Property Services Ltd. They were very pleasant, polite and very efficient in completing the jobs that I advertised on Rated People. I asked them to fit a gas hob and my gas fire needed a repair. Both jobs were done in a timely manner and the price was also fair and reasonable for both jobs. They also cleaned up before they left.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Complete mess up. Ok with some work but regards to a tiler then stay away. Would not have hired if we knew the poor workmanship. Asked for payments up front and also broke items that he installed and would not accept the damage. Price was agreed on a 5 day works and when he left with only 1/3rd of the bathroom done it was running into 14. We had to ask him to leave as the smell of drink was awful. Not only that but we have had to get the bathroom ripped out as non of it was compliant. Thanks Hue.

Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. Stayed late to finish off plastering inside the house, which was a great help as we didn't need to find a second tradesman to do this. Altogether I would certainly recommend Star Roofing.
