Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.
