We Do not have any call out charge which means to travel to you, for our labour we charge a minimum of £165 this includes the upto hours labour, if the Job takes longer than a hour we only charge by the half hour with 95% of our jobs are completed within the first hour. All prices are plus vat and if any parts are needed we will let you know the cost of these. Took five weeks between jobs didn't use dust sheets made a mess of the rugs. Scratched the flooring in the living room and didn't level my floor before installing bath sink and toilet. Im left with an uneven floor.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
