The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..

I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. Florin's work on my new staircase was excellent. His work was clean and tidy. When there were opportunities to take short cuts, he didn't, always completing a thorough and professional job. He gave advice and talked through each of the options carefully. His work was completed on time and on budget. His team were courteous, polite and cleaned up every day. The final job was better than expected. I would have no hesitation in using him again.
Self employed work for small and medium jobs
Ciprian's team did an excellent job for my internal room division work for a very reasonable price. They covered my belongings with dust sheet and cleaned the site after. I would use them again and will recommend them for any similar building jobs.
