It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

Greg was very pleasent , very puntual on the inital appointment and the day he came to do our work. Very tidy and made a good deal of effort to cover up our furnishings etc to protect it from dust. The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. Things with our extension started off well & both brothers could not do enough for us. They helped with the cost of bifold instead of french doors. However, when we were unhappy with a lack of workers they became very obstructive. They use good contractors but do not pay them & they refuse to turn up! A 15 week job took 45 weeks. We have had two leaks from the roof & we are still waiting for the 2nd to be fixed, with no reply as yet!

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
