Hello my name is Rob, I've been working in the trades for over 25 years starting from within my father's building company and then branching out on my own . We specialise in garage conversions for extra living space , gym office or even extra bedrooms with bathrooms , full internal external plastering and decorating. Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
