He did an excellent job. His communication was consistent and clear. He was prompt and followed up with before and after pictures. The job was on general renovations. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.

Job:-Full re-roof. The whole process from initial contact was seamless. On the scheduled start date Lee and his team were on time and started immediately. The whole team worked at pace supported by tea and coffee, etc. The quality of Lee’s and his team of Roofing Technicians is exceptional, the finish of the tiling, dry ridge and valleys and in particular the lead work is superb. The only thing that comes to mind is one of Henry Royce’s quotes. “The Quality will remain when the price is forgotten”

Had few problems and impossible to get him back unless you offer a new job, Happy otherwise. Still waiting for couple of pieces of kitchen pieces and not holding my breath they will ever appear. Gave up phoning Lee.

Quick to respond to the post. Came round to provide a reasonable quote within a couple of days. Work was done within a couple of weeks and seems good quality. Quoted price was the price we paid.

Arrival roofing turned up and explained what needed doing to my roof . I was shown photographs of previous work carried out by them . We hired arrival roofing to do the work they turned up on time and did the work as explained and when finished left the place clean and tidy . We are very happy with the service and the cost was reasonable to! We would highly recommend this company Thank you arrival roofing

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.

Rang up within hours of placing the ad and booked me in for the following morning. Arrived promptly and did what was required. Provided a quality finish at a fair price. Overall a very good service and will be using again to get my back yard decked over.
