A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.
We are a family run business with many years of experience, we pride ourselves on reliability and maintain high standards of workmanship no matter the job big or small we like to get it right for you! Very disappointing experience. Quote was increased after accepting the job, claiming distance despite postcode being clearly listed. Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.
