George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon.
