Really impressed with the work — Dijonay came around in the evening and worked non-stop from 6 pm until midnight. Not only fixed the leak but also replaced the old radiator as he suggested. Everything’s working perfectly now and he went above and beyond to make sure it was all done right. Couldn’t be happier with the result — highly recommend!

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Commissioned C and J developments. To build an attached garage. At the start of the project we talked through any issues as they arose and agreed how they would be rectified. However as build progresssed the quality of work deteriorated Brickwork bowed in side and rear walls. Joists for garage roof cut at different lengths and not cut to match the angle of the wall one joist packed out with old pieces of wood. Walls either side of rear door not aligned. Stopped work due to poor standard of workmanship

Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

George started really well but unfortunately didn't finish the small areas required to complete. Had to finish of some small cosmetic issues myself. Such a shame as the main tiling work was really good.
