Posted my Job on Rate People having never used the service before. I had a call from Andy within half an hour letting me know he could repair my Gledhill boiler and that he was in my area. Very professional service and good communication. I would certainly use Kings Property Maintenance for any future jobs and would recommend Kings to anyone.

I had asked for a tradesman to replace my boiler. Paul called me and came round the same day. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained about the different makes of boiler and which type he thought best for me. His quote was excellent. Paul and his brother carried out the work and they left everything very clean and tidy. I called Paul a week or so later to ask for some advice on boxing the boiler in and he was only too happy to help. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Very pleased as ASP Electrics took time to work out the very best way of routing the wiring to cause minimum disturbance. They also took every opportunity to "blend in" the wiring where necessary. I felt confident they knew what they were doing.
