I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Full front elevation repoint and repair of stone work. Along with a strip & rebuild of part of our front wall. Then a rebuild of of the front steps due to partial collapse. A first class job done by R Clark and Sons, everything from the initial quote to completion. As this was also our first use of Rated People I will highly recommend them. Very pleased all round.

Recently self employed after serving 12 years at a respected joinery company where I served my apprenticeship and worked upto site foreman role.. After getting quotes, we didn't continue with the job as we couldn't decide on the style of drive we wanted, so Shaun only got to quote. I cannot comment, obviously on the work, but he seemed a nice guy and quoted quickly. Also followed up on the call. Would definitely use for further quotes if we are doing similar work.
