Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Been in construction since 2009 and specialised on new build, extensions, loft conversions & full refurbishment. The team is well qualified/trained & deliver professional work. Main priorities are good quality work, completion on time, within budget and good communication.
I have not actually decided to do the job yet, but Agron was very prompt and helping in coming to view the bathroom and discuss the alternatives, and he provided a speedy quotation. Thank you Agron, and apologies that I am still undecided.
Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
