Paul turned up when he said he would............started and finished the job when he said he would......without any unexpected or non-agreed "extras" appearing......and cleared up after the work was done. We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided
