I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Excellent installation during the christmas period. Noel was courteous, professional and his price was extremely good considering he installed at such short notice and able to complete the work in a day. Will certainly use again for future security.

Brilliant! They emailed me a competitive quote straight away and arranged to do the job the next day. Steve was great and really helpful, totally trustworthy - I felt comfortable leaving him in the flat while I went out to buy something he had recommended that I needed and had researched where I should buy it from! i have since used silk Electricians again and Steve's number is in my phone for any future electrical issues. Very happy with the service and i would highly recommend.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

We found Mathew very pleasant , and easy to work with. We originally had Mathew quote for tiling to the bathroom , and the kitchen , and was so pleased with his work , he then continued on site to do further work for us . We would use Mathew again.

Very pleased with the service Mark provided. He spent time working out an issue we had with installing a flood light and didn't stop until it was right. He was on time, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Will definitely be calling him again for any other electrical work we need done.
