Vio was great to work with. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it within a few days. We communicated mostly by text, which suited me perfectly as I'm usually too busy during the workday for phone calls. His pricing was also very fair and reasonable. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 because my shower mixer valve was damaged during the work. While I understand issues can arise during repairs, it was still disappointing. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Firstly the job was to content back the wastepipe, i call Rose ( the customer) i explained to her exactly what needs to be done, and can't do it ,because I need more time and i need to give her a proper quote Secondly she said to me don't do nothing, but the tenant has 2 small kids and i try to fixed back temporarily with cables tise , for using the kitchen sink. I don't recommend to anyone to work with this person Rose

Vio has done a temporarily used cable ties and has not been properly repaired although I insisted in have it secure properly. The sink is not currently being used due to concerns about leakage into the adjoining bedroom. Vio refuses to carry on a proper repair. This is the second time Vio cuts corners with my plumbing jobs.
