We Do not have any call out charge which means to travel to the job, we charge from the moment we enter the property which is charged at a minimum of £165.00 plus vat for the first hour regardless if the job takes 1 second or 59 mins and 59 seconds the minimum hour charge applies, if any further work after the hour is needed we then charge by 1/2 hr increments + vat for The LOCAL Plumbers to attend, please do not book us if you disagree with our rates quoted to you up front as we will ask you to sign digitally to agree before we start the job or not.
