James' communication was great. Competitive quote and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. He approached the job methodically and was honest and open about the process from the off. I had a slight issue (which turned out not to have even been his fault) that he rectified the following day. I would happily use again and can highly recommend.

Called Sunday, arranged a time on Monday, stayed in contact, assessed the problem and gave a quote. Fetched parts and fixed both loos by end of the day. Very happy! Would highly recommend!
