Ivo (DAI decorators & painters )painted our lounge-diner. Work was done with expertise. He initially explained all the steps and duration he anticipated to carry out the task. Results were amazing . We were impressed that he also cleaned after himself. Results are pleasing. We would re-hire him or refer family and friends to him if related jobs become available.

Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

I found Ivo was communicative, respectful and hard working. The job, an entire en-suite replacement was done to a very high standard and when things didn’t go to plan due to things outside his control (wrong items delivered or broken on delivery) he dealt with it calmly, going over and above to help sort things out. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and will definitely use him in the future.
