Tom (ASAP) was extremely helpful with my needs. I was in the process of purchasing a 100+ year old house. I required a survey of the roof. Tom found it needed completely replacing at a cost exceeding £30k. This has allowed me to negotiate the price with Vendor. I honestly feel sick at the thought of not knowing this information. Money well spent in my opinion.
